The Final Push to 1,000+
Ten days ago, we set out on a mission to reach 1,000 investors. Without you, we could not make it. But here’s the deal: we only have one day left.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, now is the moment to step in and be one of the final investors who help us cross this milestone. Together, we can finish strong.
One of the top questions we get is: How do I get a return on my investment?
We believe in transparency. Like all investments, this carries risk—but here’s why The Flyover is different: we’re already profitable after just two years, with 80% gross margins and 24% net income. This puts The Flyover in the top 1% of media start-ups.
The three most common ways investors can realize returns are:
A Sale: A larger media company or strategic partner could acquire The Flyover. If that day comes, we’d only partner with those who uphold our high standards. CNN or NPR need not apply.
Public Listing: While we’re private today, the future could include listing on a stock exchange, giving owners and investors freedom to buy and sell their shares.
Profit Distributions (Dividends): Because we’re profitable now, unlike most startups, dividends are a real possibility in the future.
This is your opportunity to be part of something truly unique. Help us surpass our goal of 1,000 investors—we have one day left—and still qualify for up to 10% bonus shares.
It all comes down to this final day. Will you step up?
At a press conference in Valrico on Wednesday, Gov. Ron DeSantis and Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo announced the state is establishing its own Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Commission.
The initiative mirrors that of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the federal level.
Dr. Ladapo announced that the Florida Department of Health will work with DeSantis to end all vaccine mandates in the state—”every last one of them,” Ladapo repeated several times.
First Lady Casey DeSantis and Lt. Gov. Jay Collins will chair the Florida MAHA Commission. Dr. Ladapo and a list of experts in various health and medical fields will also serve on the commission.

Former House Speaker Running for Governor
Former Florida House Speaker Paul Renner filed to run for governor on Wednesday, making him the second well-known Republican in the race to replace term-limited Gov. Ron DeSantis. Renner was elected to the state House in 2015 and became its presiding officer in 2022.
“I’ll be running as a pro-Trump, pro-DeSantis candidate, and looking at who can lead for the next four years,” the Jacksonville-area attorney said.
U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds is the current GOP front-runner. He has been endorsed by President Trump and on the campaign trail since March. Donalds has raised nearly $25 million in campaign funds.
Renner, however, sees a path forward in the Republican field. He said that as a father, he decided to run after thinking about what Florida’s future might look like when DeSantis leaves office.
New Visit Florida Campaign
Visit Florida, the state’s tourism marketing agency, is launching a new ad campaign to capitalize on record tourism numbers, remind people that vacations are worth taking, and showcase the state’s great outdoors and signature attractions.
From Oct. 5 to Jan. 31, The Power of a Florida Vacation promotion will include ads in TV markets within a 700-mile radius of the state, on social media platforms, and in major national publications.
Florida tourism got a boost during the second quarter of this year with the opening of Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe. Attendance at theme parks and beach visits led to a record 34.4 million visitors from April to June.
A new survey shows that 43% of people in top origin markets—major cities like New York, D.C., and Atlanta—are planning Florida trips in the next 12 months and 53% in the next 24 months.
