Florida Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia held a news conference on Thursday in Winter Park to announce a series of legislative proposals aimed at increasing accountability and transparency in local governments across the state.

Key components of his proposal include Florida Agency for Fiscal Oversight audits, requiring government employees to complete training on how to report waste and abuse, and providing whistleblower protection.
