Investing in The Flyover is Easier Than You Think

Anyone can invest — you don’t have to be a millionaire.

Step-by-step — here’s exactly how it works:

Step 1: Click “Invest Now”
Go to our secure investment page HERE.

Step 2: Enter your info (30 seconds)
Email, first/last name, phone number. That’s it.

Step 3: Choose your investment amount
Type an amount (example: $1,000) or select a preset. At $2 per share, $1,000 = 500 units.

Step 4: Select who is investing
Choose your investor type:

  • Individual (most common)
  • Joint
  • Corporation / Trust / IRA (also available)

Step 5: Quick compliance questions
You’ll answer simple questions regarding your income (income/net worth). If you’re not an accredited investor, that’s okay — you can still invest.

Step 6: Choose payment method
Pay via:

  • Card payment
  • Bank-to-bank transfer (ACH)
  • Wire transfer
You’ll see the total clearly before submitting.

Bonus shares note: If your investment qualifies for bonus shares, they’ll appear on your official Book Entry Statement once shares are issued (they may not show in the dashboard).

Bradford County Commissioners voted 3-2 on Thursday to move forward with a plan to convert a vacant warehouse into an immigration detention center.

To me, it’s economic development when you talk about a thousand-plus jobs that are living wage jobs,” said Bradford County Sheriff Gordon Smith at the meeting. He also emphasized that “I want to make sure it’s done right. These are human beings we’re dealing with.

Other residents spoke out against the idea, with one saying, “It’s going to get worse for the country as a whole and Bradford County, if they come to town.”

Next, the sheriff and county manager will negotiate the terms of a contract governing the use of county-owned property. The proposal will then return to the commission for review.

Article Icon 1Florida House Passes Proposal for Gun Bill

The Florida House passed a proposal on Wednesday to lower the age for purchasing long guns from 21 to 18 years old.

I view this legislation as the correct public policy for the state and offer it as a way for families and individuals to keep themselves safe by restoring the rights of 18-year-olds to buy long guns,” Rep. Tyler Sirois (R-Merritt Island) said.

It marks at least the fourth time House lawmakers have passed some version of the proposal, which has repeatedly stalled in the Senate.

If passed and signed into law, this bill would reverse legislation established after the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Florida set a new record for high school graduation rates, with more than 92% of students graduating in the last school year.

Individual districts also posted strong results. In Duval County, the school district reached a major milestone last year, with 94.3% of high school seniors graduating—surpassing the statewide graduation rate of 92.2%.

Bay District Schools set their all-time high with a graduation rate of 93.8% for the 2024-2025 school year.

In addition, Brevard County also set a new district record with a 92.7% graduation rate.
