➤ We’re Not a Bet. We’re a Proof Point. Most startups raise funds on hope—promising they’ll one day make money. The Flyover is already there. We’ve generated $500,000+ per month in revenue—a $6 million annual run rate—with strong margins and scalable growth. While early-stage investments often fail, The Flyover is already succeeding.

We’re Just Getting Started. With new verticals, partnerships, and products coming, we’re aiming to double subscriptions and expand our reach dramatically. Investing now means getting in early, while we scale.

You’re Not Just a Reader—You’re Family. This is your shot to invest in something you believe in. Not a Silicon Valley experiment. Not a hedge fund acquisition. A real, growing, people-powered media company built for the country it serves.

Article Icon 1Railway Legal Battle in South Florida

Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) is suing Brightline for “clandestinely” negotiating with county governments to add more trains in a move that could potentially derail plans for a long-awaited Tri-Rail commuter service spanning Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

The FEC lawsuit claims the Brightline commuter service plan violates the bounds of use agreements the two railroads signed in 2016 and 2017 and threatens freight operations on FEC’s South Florida corridor.

The complaint, filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, argues that Brightline failed to secure permission from FEC to negotiate with the county. The plan, in partnership with Miami-Dade County, involves service along a 14-mile route from Miami to Aventura.

The legal battle comes amid public safety concerns due to Brightline’s fatality incidents and ongoing financial instability.

Article Icon 1Best Buy and IKEA Unite

Best Buy and IKEA are teaming up to begin a new pilot program that combines Best Buy’s latest major appliances with IKEA’s iconic functional and affordable furnishings.

Beginning this fall, 10 stores in Florida and Texas will launch 1,000-square-foot IKEA displays of kitchen and laundry room setups.

Shoppers will have access to kitchen and storage planning services along with support and advice from store experts.

The move reflects Best Buy’s broader push to expand beyond its core electronics business. It’s the first such collaboration for IKEA, which has never offered its products at another U.S. retailer.

Article Icon 1Raw Milk Causes Illnesses

Florida health officials are warning people about the possible risks of consuming raw milk after 21 people in the central and northeast areas of the state were infected with E. coli and Campylobacter bacteria from raw milk from one farm.

Sanitation practices in this farm are of particular concern due to the number of cases,” The Florida Department of Health said in a news release. Officials did not identify the farm.

Of the 21 infected people, six are children under the age of 10. Seven cases required hospitalization, and two cases have reported severe complications.

It’s illegal to sell raw milk for human consumption in Florida, but it can be sold if labeled as pet food. Drinking raw milk has been promoted by online wellness influencers and raw food advocates.

From a Caltech Garage to a $1 Trillion Market

In 2016, some innovative Caltech robotics students set out to transform fast food. That first garage-built prototype became Miso Robotics.

Since then, Miso’s robots have worked 200K+ hours in live kitchens for brands like White Castle, frying over 4 million baskets of fries, chicken, and more. That traction convinced NVIDIA, Uber AI, and Amazon to help refine Miso’s AI and robots. As restaurants grapple with 144% employee turnover rates and $20/hour minimum wages, that’s a major edge.

It’s no wonder Miso’s first fully commercial robot, Flippy Fry Station, sold out of initial units in one week.

Now, Miso is going nationwide and scaling its U.S.-based manufacturing across a $4 billion/year revenue opportunity. As an investor, you can get up to 8% bonus stock.

Just don’t wait too long; Miso’s share price will change on Aug. 14.

“One of the Largest Industries Ever”

That’s what NVIDIA’s CEO said about robotics. And the numbers back it up. In Q4 2024, the sector raised more capital than in all of 2023.

So it’s a big deal that NVIDIA, Uber AI, and Amazon helped Miso Robotics perfect Flippy, its new fully commercial kitchen robot. No wonder initial units sold out in one week.

Miso already has 200K+ hours under its belt for brands like White Castle. With the $1 trillion fast-food industry facing 144% employee turnover rates, Flippy provides 24/7 labor and can boost profits by up to 3X.

Miso is scaling its US-based manufacturing to seize a $4 billion/year revenue opportunity. As an investor, you can get up to 8% bonus stock.

Just don’t wait too long—Miso’s share price changes on August 14.
